Delegate Manypenny moves to amend the House Judiciary committee amendment on page70 line one by striking out the number 250 and inserting in lieu thereof the number 650.

1 (a) Wells may not be drilled within 650 feet measured

2 horizontally from any existing water well or developed spring used

3 for human or domestic animal consumption.
